2. About South King

South King Wire & Cable is a manufacturer of low-tension (LT) wires and cables based in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. We manufacture wires and cables in the size range of 0.25 sq mm to 400 sq mm, with up to 37 cores in compatible sizes, and supply customers across South India.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website.

The Website does not function as an online sales platform. All sales are conducted through formal enquiry, quotation, and order confirmation processes.

Any pricing or product information shared in initial responses is indicative and not a binding offer.
A formal quotation issued by South King in writing constitutes our offer to supply. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 7 to 15 days unless specified otherwise).
An order is binding only upon our written confirmation of acceptance.

7. Product warranties

Our products are manufactured in accordance with the applicable Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and carry the ISI mark where required. Each batch is tested before dispatch.

Warranties on specific products are as per the relevant Indian Standard (IS specification) and the terms of the individual purchase order or contract.
Standard statutory warranties under the Sale of Goods Act, 1930 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply where applicable.
Any extended or specific warranty is communicated in writing at the time of order.

8. Custom and OEM manufacturing

If we manufacture cables to your specification:

South King is not liable for performance issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete specifications provided by the customer.
All custom-manufactured products will carry the South King brand. We do not manufacture under third-party brands.

9. Distributorship applications

Applications for distributorship submitted through the Website are expressions of interest, not binding agreements.

South King reviews all applications on its own discretion based on factors including business background, regional presence, financial standing, and strategic fit.
An application does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline applications without providing reasons.
A distributorship relationship is established only through a separate written distributorship agreement.
