LT power cables
Armoured and unarmoured, FR-LSH and XLPE, copper and aluminium – single core up to 1000 sq mm.
Overview
Our LT power cable range is the deepest part of our line. Substation feeders, plant distribution, panel-to-motor runs, infrastructure underground cables – all manufactured in both PVC/FR-LSH (IS 1554 Part 1) and XLPE (IS 7098 Part 1), in copper and aluminium conductor, in armoured (flat strip or round wire) and unarmoured construction.

XLPE vs PVC - when to choose what
- XLPE: higher current rating, superior short-circuit rating, lower dielectric loss, better chemical resistance, longer service life, higher cost per metre
- PVC/FR-LSH: standard ratings, good chemical resistance, standard service life, lower cost per metre
Applications
- Industrial plant power distribution
- Commercial building feeders and risers
- Government and PSU distribution networks
- Steel plants, refineries, large infrastructure
Why our LT power cables
- Both FR-LSH and XLPE made on the same floor
- Approved by state electricity boards and supplied to PSUs including BHEL, SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant
- 101% IACS copper conductivity for lower losses
- Drum lengths matched to project requirements
- Test certificates, ISI marking, and tender documentation as standard
